  Longing for singers whose words you could hear and understand, music played at a comfortable volume that celebrates our western heritage and pioneer spirit instead of pickup trucks, bars, and heartbreak? enter Nevada Slim and Cimarron Sue.  These folks logged 218 performances in 2009 at county fairs, cowboy gatherings, festivals, benefits, nightclubs, and other events, 185 in 2010.   The duo’s 2010 summer season of county and state fairs included Asotin, Castle Rock, Skamania, Klickitat, Walla Walla, Columbia, and Garfield counties in Washington, with Oregon's Klamath and Columbia county fairs, the Main Street Cowboy Show at Pendleton's Roundup, and Idaho's Nez Perce county fair.  Slim and Sue appear before an average of 175 audiences per year.

FAIRS AND FESTIVALS ARE A DIFFERENT THING FROM CONCERT VENUES: BY THE TIME WE ARRIVE, YOU'VE GOT A TON OF THINGS TO DO, PEOPLE EVERYWHERE ASKING QUESTIONS, AND ENDLESS LAST MINUTE PROBLEMS TO SOLVE.  WE KNOW  THIS.  SO WE'RE FLEXIBLE AND READY TO HELP OUT IN ANY WAY WE CAN.  NO PRIMADONNAS IN THIS ACT!!

What can WE do for YOU?  For county and state fairs, and festivals too, we emphasize VERSATILITY.  Apart from singin' the traditional cowboy tunes, we do Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Marty Robbins, Hank Williams, Jimmie Rogers, Sons of the Pioneers, and even 50's rock & roll oldies!  We have comedy routines, and we can emcee special events, do cowboy poetry, sing the National Anthem for you -- VARIETY AND VALUE!
